  • Free Shipping: Orders $200+ (Australia-wide)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $15 for orders under $200 (Australia-wide)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location and courier services. As a guide:

  • Metro areas: typically 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: typically 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: may take longer

Packaging & Handling

All wines are packed in protective, bottle-safe packaging designed to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (where available).

Authority to Leave (ATL)

To help ensure safe delivery, an Authority to Leave may be used when permitted by the courier. If you prefer signature on delivery, please contact us after placing your order (additional charges may apply depending on courier options).

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and bottle(s)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Restrictions

You must be of legal drinking age to purchase from our site. Delivery may require age verification in accordance with local laws, and we may be unable to ship to certain restricted locations.
