While Château Cos d’Estournel is world-renowned as a "Super Second" Growth for its powerful red wines from Saint-Estèphe, its white wine is a rare and highly sophisticated gem. Produced in very limited quantities, it is widely considered one of the finest white wines produced in the Médoc.
The 2010 Cos d’Estournel Blanc is a masterclass in balance. It eschews the heavy, tropical style for something far more architectural and mineral. Now with over 15 years of age, the wine has reached a magnificent plateau of maturity, where the zesty citrus of its youth has evolved into a complex, waxier texture with sophisticated secondary notes.
