This is an ultra-rare, benchmark Grand Cru white Burgundy from one of the world's most revered Chardonnay masters: the Jean-Marc Roulot Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2020. Globally celebrated for his chiseled, mineral-precise, and tension-filled winemaking style in Meursault, Jean-Marc Roulot sources fruit from top high-altitude parcels on the hill of Corton to craft this monumental cuvée. The exceptional 2020 vintage yielded white Burgundies of sensational concentration paired with electric, crystalline acidity. The nose opens with a magnificent, laser-focused bouquet of green apple, white peach, lemon oil, and white blossom, seamlessly interwoven with crushed wet stones, flinty reduction, hazelnut, and subtle toasted brioche. On the palate, it is powerfully structured yet weightless, delivering deep concentration, architectural mineral drive, and a breathtaking, mouthwatering saline tension that resonates endlessly on the finish.

Perfect for (food pairing): A luxury service of premium sturgeon caviar served on warm blinis, butter-poached rock lobster or marron tails, pan-seared jumbo sea scallops with lemon-thyme butter, and classic Dover sole meunière. Its extraordinary concentration, electric acidity, and profound limestone minerality also make it a spectacular pairing for roasted Bresse chicken with morel mushroom sauce, pan-fried sweetbreads, veal chops in a delicate cream reduction, or an artisanal cheese selection featuring aged Comté or Chaource.
