This is an exceptionally allocated single-vineyard village bottling from one of Vosne-Romanée’s most exciting rising talents: the Domaine Boigey Frères Vosne-Romanée "Aux Jachées" 2024. Sourced from the revered lieu-dit "Aux Jachées"—the very same legendary terroir made famous by cult vigneron Jean-Yves Bizot—this cuvée showcases the visionary touch of brothers Olivier and Guillaume Boigey, who craft pure, non-interventionist expressions from their historic family holdings. Vinified with meticulous organic farming, gentle extraction, judicious whole clusters, and fine French oak, the 2024 vintage captures the benchmark aristocratic spice and satin texture of Vosne-Romanée. The bouquet bursts from the glass with fresh crushed dark cherries, wild raspberries, and damson plums, layered with whole-cluster spice, dried rose petals, violets, tea leaves, and an appetizing streak of cool limestone minerality. On the palate, it is weightless yet deep and concentrated, coating the mouth in supple, cashmere-fine tannins and vibrant red-berry energy that finishes with remarkable precision, elegance, and lingering floral length.
